Fees, Enrolment Deposits and Course Confirmation
Total tuition for the four-week Thai Cooking Course is THB 50,000.
This page sets out exactly when payments are due, what a conditional offer means versus a confirmed intake,
and what happens to your payments if a course is postponed or does not proceed.
Tuition and Payment Schedule
Your THB 5,000 enrolment deposit is credited toward the total tuition fee — you never pay more than
THB 50,000 in total.
Enrolment Deposit — THB 5,000
Due within 14 calendar days of receiving a conditional offer of admission.
Payment reserves your place, subject to the course being confirmed.
Course Confirmation — 90 Days Before Start
Next3 Culinary will confirm in writing whether your intake will proceed, once
the required minimum cohort has been reached.
⚠ Do not book non-refundable flights, accommodation, or other travel
arrangements until you receive this written course-confirmation notice.
First Instalment — THB 20,000
Due within 21 calendar days after you receive written confirmation that the
course will proceed.

If a payment is not received by its deadline, Next3 Culinary may release your reserved place to another
applicant. We will contact you first and, where reasonable, may consider a written extension.
Conditional Offers and Minimum Cohort
Admission before the course-confirmation date is conditional.
A paid deposit reserves your place but does not, by itself, guarantee that a particular intake will proceed.
Next3 Culinary publishes or communicates the minimum cohort requirement for each intake, and makes a final
go/no-go decision no later than 90 days before the published start date.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The THB 5,000 enrolment deposit is non-refundable if
you choose to withdraw, defer, fail to meet a payment deadline, or do not begin the programme after your
intake has been confirmed. This deposit reflects the work involved in assessing your application,
reserving a limited place, planning the cohort, and potentially declining other applicants.
If Next3 Culinary cancels an intake before the course start date — because the minimum cohort is not
reached, or for another reason within our control — you may choose either:
- a refund of the amount you have paid to Next3 Culinary, subject to the payment-fee policy below; or
- a transfer of all payments made to the next available intake, subject to availability.
This choice is always yours — Next3 Culinary will
never require you to accept a postponement or transfer.
Refunds Where Next3 Culinary Cancels
If Next3 Culinary cancels a confirmed intake, we will refund the tuition payments received from you,
excluding non-recoverable third-party charges where applicable.
card-processing fees, currency-conversion costs, intermediary-bank deductions and other third-party
payment charges may be non-recoverable and are outside the academy’s control. Students are responsible
for charges imposed by their own bank or payment provider when sending or receiving funds.
Next3 Culinary is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, or other personal costs
incurred by a student before receiving written confirmation that the relevant intake will proceed.

Students remain responsible for meeting all visa requirements and for making their own travel arrangements.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy, and any tuition agreement between a student and Next3 Culinary, is governed by the laws
of Thailand. Any dispute arising from enrolment, tuition payments, or refunds will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
